Salted chili leaves

We harvest chili leaves when they has the size as the customers' request during cultivation and harvesting. Chili leaves will be washed then salted at the same day of harvesting to keep original green color.

In Vietnam, we harvest chili leaves from December to June.

Loading : 36 wooden cases/container 20DC

Whole chili leaves without sterms

Well-salted, salt ratio : 23% at least 

pH : 4.0-5.0
