Salted chili

Salted chili is produced from fresh chili at the same day of harvesting. After harvesting, fresh chili is delivered immediately to the factory for salting in order to keep typical color and taste of chili. Chili is kept in tanks at least one month for salting before packing into wooden cases to export.

In Vietnam, we harvest chili from January to June.
